Terms of Service — Flow Tube

These Terms govern your use of the Flow Tube app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Flow Tube for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Your content

Flow Tube lets you play and edit media files that you import from your own device. You are solely responsible for the content you import and for ensuring you have the right to use it. You must not use the app to store, play, copy, or distribute content that infringes any third party's intellectual property or other rights, or that is illegal.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or tamper with the app except as allowed by law; (b) use the app to violate any law or third-party rights; or (c) attempt to disrupt the app or any service it relies on.

4. Advertising and third-party services

Flow Tube is supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob and uses Google Firebase for remote configuration. Your use of these services is also subject to Google's terms and privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end the license if you breach these Terms.
